Miya Aladebumoye is the founder and managing attorney of Squire Moore Aladebumoye PC, a boutique professional corporation based in Birmingham, Alabama.

Over more than eight years of practice, Miya has advised Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups on commercial transactions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, legal operations, risk management, and business strategy.

She founded Squire Moore to bring that same caliber of counsel to a smaller roster of clients — businesses and individuals who want a lawyer they can actually reach, backed by the experience of a much larger firm.

Miya holds a JD/MBA from Samford University and a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama. She has been admitted to the Alabama State Bar since 2017, and previously practiced as a senior associate at Maynard Nexsen and as an associate at Burr & Forman.
